Thryve Family Healthcare, LLC was established in 2026 by Laci Scott, FNP-C. We are a nurse practitioner owned primary care medical practice. At Thryve, we strive to provide quality care that is evidence based and patient centered.

Laci Scott was born and raised in Broken Bow Nebraska. She has worked locally caring for the residents of Custer County for the past 20 years. The past eight years she has aspired to provide excellent primary care services as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Laci has 2 children and has strong family ties to the community as her siblings and parents live and work in Custer County.
